On-Site Computer Services -- We Come to You!

We diagnose your problem, whether it's caused by hardware or software, and get your system back up and running. Whether it's a matter of identifying and replacing a faulty component, fixing the Operating System, or cleaning up the mess caused by a misbehaving program, we'll find the solution and make recommendations for preventing the problem in the future.

Rate: $65 per hour (plus the cost of any required parts), 1 hour minimum charge

We upgrade your system by adding or replacing hardware components according to your needs, whether you need more memory/RAM, a larger hard drive, or anything else. If needed, we can analyze your system to determine appropriate upgrade options so you'll end up with a system that's better than ever.

Option 1 -- You already have the components and we install them.
Flat Fee: $50 for first component, $25 for each additional component

Option 2 -- We analyze your system, recommend upgrade options based on your objectives, and install them.
Flat Fee: $65 for first component, $25 for each additional component (plus the cost of any components we provide)

We perform system tuning to optimize your computer's speed (without adding/replacing hardware) by isolating common causes of poor performance and system slowdown, such as Operating System configuration, unnecessary start-up programs, misbehaving software, fragmented hard drives, and other culprits. When we're done your system will perform at its best.

Flat Fee: $65

We isolate and remove viruses, adware, spyware, and other malware (malicious software) from your computer. We'll help you regain access to your programs and data to the maximum extent possible. When we're done you'll be back up and running, and we'll help you take measures to prevent the problem in the future.

Flat Fee: $75

We set up a small network of two or more computers in your home or office, wired or wireless, so they can share documents and files, printers and other peripherals, Internet connection, and more, according to your needs.

Flat Fee: $75 for first two computers, $25 for each additional computer (plus the cost of required parts)

We set up an Internet connection for your computer (or existing network) appropriate to your location and your needs. Whether you need a DSL, cable, or other type of connection, we'll help determine your options and work with your local Internet Service Provider to get the appropriate equipment installed and get you connected.

Flat Fee: $75 (plus the cost of any parts we provide)

We install or upgrade one or more software products for you, including any "critical updates" to the Operating System (if you have a high-speed Internet connection), so your applications are ready to use when we're done.

Flat Fee: $65 for an Operating System or software suite, $45 for a single title, $20 for each additional title.

We help you control or prevent access to objectionable material on the Internet, such as pornography and profanity, by configuring or setting up appropriate software or filtering according to your needs. When we're done, you'll be able to rest a little easier when it comes to your child and the Internet.

Flat Fee: $50 (plus the cost of any software/hardware we provide)

A minimum charge of $20 applies to all service calls to cover the cost of transportation and other expenses. This is already included in the above rates/fees, so you can see how truly affordable our services are.
